Celery Seeds (Apium Graveolens)
More than twenty anti-inflammatory compounds are identified in celery and celery seeds, making celery a great choice when it comes to:

For that purpose celery leaves are ideal for juicing and extracting the necessary nutrients.
IMPORTANT: people with kidney problems should avoid celery juice. Pregnant women SHOULD NOT CONSUME FRESH CELERY JUICE (celery juice promotes menstrual flow).
There are different types of celery, such as Pascal, to name one. However, others are equally beneficial.

- Choose celery stalks that are bright green and firm
- Celery leaves should be fresh looking
Preparation
- Cut off the stem end
- Separate the ribs, and wash them well
- Rinse the celery well
- Juice the ribs and the leaves
Having salty taste, pure celery juice can be difficult (for some) to drink. To enjoy benefits, mix celery with apple and lemon juice. It is great combination and benefits are astonishing especially if introduced to your diet on daily basis.
